I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium as it provides a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.
The only service that was lacking for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. It would have been helpful to have a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel.

Beautiful City View: From my room at the hostel, I could see the cityscape of Nuwara Eliya stretching out before me like a picturesque painting. It was like having my very own window to the world outside, providing a stunning backdrop to my stay.
Limited Parking Spaces: Although the hostel offered free private parking, the number of available spaces was limited.

The value for money at this local hotel was great, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location on the hill provided a fantastic view.
Breakfast delights could be improved by including it in the price.

My stay at Namadi Nest was lovely. The view from the balcony was amazing and I enjoyed snacks and drinks while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The owner even had dinner with us and taught us how to eat curry with our hands, a fun and cultural experience. The rooms werenice and neat, and the bathroom was especially excellent with its attention to detail. The food cooked by the owner's mother was delicious and I hope to visit Namadi Nest again someday. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I chose this hotel for its convenient location and it did not disappoint. It was within walking distance to the town center, making it easy for me to attend my appointments. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and I had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
The only thing that I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or desk in the room. It would have been helpful to have a designated area where I could work comfortably.

The accommodation at this hotel was the cleanest I have ever experienced in Sri Lanka. the rooms were spacious and had carpets on the floor, making it feel cozy and comfortable. the terrace offered a beautiful overview of the surroundings, allowing guests to sit and relax while enjoying the view. the host, Namal, was friendly and went the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. He even organized a dinner at his home to socialize and enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan meal together.
One negative aspect mentioned in a review was that the owner was not as pleasant as other places in Sri Lanka. this did not hugely impact the overall experience at the hotel.

The comfortable bed and fresh linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The carefully selected furniture added a touch of elegance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the warm and cozy ambiance of Namadi Nest. The decor was elegant and inviting, making me feel right at home. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for seniors like myself. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist me with any needs or questions I had. I especially appreciated their patience and understanding towards us senior guests.
If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for seniors, it would be to have more comfortable seating options in the common areas. As elders, we sometimes need a bit more support and cushioning to relax properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with amazing views of the surrounding hills. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They provided a warm welcome and were able to deal with all of the guests personally due to the small number of rooms. The location was up the hill with a nice view over the city, and it was only a 15-minute walk to the center. The hotel also offered a variety of activities, including guided hikes through the nearby tea plantations and visits to waterfalls. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from.
Nothing to mention.

The room at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The highlight for me was the incredible view from the hotel's location. I was able to enjoy breathtaking scenery and stunning landscapes right from my room. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
One downside to this hotel was that it felt like staying in a construction site. The building was not fully finished during my visit, which took away from the overall experience.
